Mirror

Can someone explaine to me what is mirror in graphic settings and if turn this off what will I lose or gain if stays turned on?

It refers to an actual rear-view mirror, on the aircraft. Not many have them, and they are really only of limited use. They increase the work the graphics card has to do a lot, especially at higher settings, so turn them down or off if you don't find them useful. In some aircraft at least, having a mirror is optional, and you need to enable it in 'modifications' before you fly if you want one.
