Just hoping for some clarification. 

 

Earlier I attempted to use a promo code to buy Flying Circus. On check out confirmation with xsolla my bank sent out it's OTP code to authorize the payment. Unfortunately the number it sent the code to was no longer in use (I forgot to change it out with the bank). I had to cancel the order as a result. 

 

Checking the promo code again it's tagged as used up despite no actual purchase. Is this final?

Just send a request to tech support on the store site and they'll fix it, I did the same blunder but even Jason himself said they'd undo it for /failed/ purchases so if they see that it actually failed and that you aren't trying to abuse it, then all will be good. They're really good that way.

Yes, the same thing happened to me, my credit card has a 'security feature' that blocks random purchases from some vendors. I sent a ticket to support, I'm sure they will correct it if they can.

They most definitely will, just give them a bit of time. It took a bit but I got both my codes back as previously mentioned.

Got mine reset today, bought the U-2 on discount and preordered the Hurricane at full price. Worked perfect.

hello,

 

got same problem yesterday and one hour ago trying to purchase Collectors and some Campaigns.....

 

the 50% is scripted valid and 75 is quoted as already used .........not dramatic but the Card looks charged  ????

So your credit card shows you as being charged on your card statement? Were you charged the correct price (i.e. with the discount applied)? Do you have the campaigns and collector planes available now in your game, or are they still locked?

Bear in mind that depending on where you are there will be an exchange rate...so the price may not look correct. For example, I bought the U-2 and the Hurricane Mk II, with discount code applied it was 20 bucks or so, but when I went to pay it was 30 dollars Canadian, because for me the store pricing is in USD.

You probably have to contact support with your details for the transaction, if something is amiss.

Good and bad news :  the card is not charged  (  at noon  )  but my order was compiled, the discount applied, the price was correct at 75%, but

when i was invited to move to shop all was refused .... neither campaigns or collector  appeared _ logic if nothing was charged  !!!

maybe I did a wrong manoeuver  or the Bonus is valid for one item at once only ....

Now it states it was used before - but i never did that preferring to make one order for the 6 items.

Anyway, thanks for help

Yes, this is the same thing that happened to me. I purchased the U-2 and the Hurricane Mk II in the same order. The discount code was applied to the U-2 when I put it in even though there was another item in the order, so multiple items are not a problem.

My credit card blocked the purchase, but in the web store the code was already used up. But the web store sees the discount code as already having been applied, since the purchase got handed off to the payment processor.

Just contact support and let them know what happened, they will see that the transaction did not go through and will restore the code. Once that happesn, try using a different payment method if you can - since my card was blocked, I used another of the payment options available and it went through.
