EAF_T_Joker Posted March 12, 2020 Posted March 12, 2020 Hi, totally noob in FC but not in the flightsym world (years of DCS). One thing that I can't found are a manual for FC (how to operate a two seater, how to do a lot of things that I see people online doing and so on... Another one, there's a cockpit/plane data description? For example how (if possible) see how fuel You have in a Dr1 or what's the max speed, max engine rpm in a dive....things like this.... I reallys truggle to fly without this info, coming from a over informed world like DCS. Thx.
No.23_Gaylion Posted March 12, 2020 Posted March 12, 2020 There isn't. But there ARE videos made that show how to fly em. I think if you search YouTube "Requiem" training videos.
SeaW0lf Posted March 12, 2020 Posted March 12, 2020 You can download the Rise of Flight manual. Search for "Appendix A - Aircraft" and there is the cockpit guide and specs of each aircraft. Rise of Flight has more airplanes, just look for the ones we have here. Then there is the Requiem videos. Note: there was a patch in 2014 that changed several flight models, then I think the Fokker Dr1 (165km/h) and the Bristol are slower than the specs mentioned in the manual. The Dr1 in special might be rolled back at the end of the year when Chill, a player who owns a DR1 replica, does some tests with his Le Rhône 110hp engine. And you can ask questions on the forum. These airplanes are not that complicated and people will help. There is also the Multiplayer Aircraft Guide here.
J2_Trupobaw Posted March 12, 2020 Posted March 12, 2020 There were manuals for individual planes by Squid, they may still be on RoF useful materials page (one by Panthercules).
