IL-2 1943 Sights & tracker IR

How can I change the sights range when using tracker IR with out having to move my head and having slouch in my chair....

thank you but my controls page up etc don't work even if i pause opentrack...

 

 

Edit: i just move my head down and pressed F10 seem to work!

I personally don't pause tracking when I adjust default view. Instead I keep keypad 5 pressed, adjust position with keys, save with F10, release keypad 5.
