T-Flight HOTAS X - Throttle lever position differs from ingame reading after engine start

I am experiencing a problem with the throttle lever (or maybe with an airplane) of my T-Flight HOTAS X.

First things first:

1) In the settings the throttle lever position reads correctly. So when moving throttle lever to 50% the pointer also shows 50%. So it is no calibration issue.

2) Before starting the engines the throttle lever position also corresponds to the ingame throttle (pushing it to 50% will read 49% throttle ingame which I assume is good enough)

3) I have not defined any dead zones or response curves in the settings -> response is strictly diagonally linear

But once in the game when taking off or flying, pushing the lever to 50% will cause the ingame throttle to read 74% (or sometimes another percentage like 55% I assume this depends on the throttle percentage at startup).

So I tested it:

1) After joining the Finnish Virtual Pilots Server I chose the Pe-2 and started the mission

2) With engines off I moved the throttle lever to 0% - 50% - 100% - 50% - 0% status: ok

3) I pushed the throttle to 50% position (reading 49% ingame) and pressed E to start engines (a certain amount of throttle is needed to fire up so I chose to use a large amount for showing the effect)

4) When the engines were running, I took the throttle to 0%

5) Now when pushing back to 50% throttle lever position (hardware) the throttle levers in the plane and the HUD read 74%

6) Wenn pushing the throttle lever (hardware) about 3/4 of the way the throttle reads 100% after that there is now a "dead zone" from the upper limit to the point the game reads less than 100%

One observation I made: When pushing the throttle to about 12% during startup, the middle position of the throttle lever will cause the game to read about 55% throttle.

I have made a video of the test but I am not able to upload it. So if anybody wants to watch it I could send it per email.
