Boulton Paul Defiant (hack)

Over at Mission 4 Today among other things, I am known as a "Hack Artist", that is I repaint flyable planes into planes not in the game.

 

I was making a mission on the Arras map and thought it would make a good map for a Battle of France mission pending the release of the Normandy map.

I discovered that the IL-2 could take off on the small fields (with >50% fuel) and realising that it will be a while before we get a Boulton Paul Defiant, (if ever) I broke out the paints and decided to hack one.

You will need to pretend you are in a theater watching some Hollywood WWII movie on a low budget but here it is, my hack for the Boulton Paul Defiant.  If nothing else it could be used as cannon fodder for 109E pilots;

Isn't the Defiant a flyable plane in ClOD? Or is it just an AI 'meat' plane?

Yes it is but this isn't CloD so I had to improvise.
