Are there some restrictions at the FC map , about vulching or other thing , or is it really free fight ?

Depends on the server rules.  Some allow anything, most have some rules.  If in doubt, the server will often explain what’s what on the server map.  Bombers can usually attack airfields but vulching in fighters is generally considered a bit rude and will win you no friends.

 

Good general rule of thumb, if something upsets you then don’t do it yourself, even if others do it, rise above the bottom feeders.

I could not find a place to read the rules to the flying Circus map, so that's why I ask 

 

I don't  do it in ww2 maps,....but maybe there where others way to fight here ....so

I’ve never seen the rules for the server mentioned in the mission description nor as pop ups during mission. There are some rules mentioned on the Flugpark stats website though.
