P38 Pilot Problem

So all of my P-38 pilots think it's cool to fly from outside the airplane.

I noticed this awhile ago. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled but it's still happening.

 

Any idea why?  I don't have any mods installed.

A known and confirmed bug present since release of this plane. Intermittent, though, so devs have problems narrowing it down and fixing it.
