Squadron leader

Salutations!

 

Ive been searching quite a while but alas couldnt find anything on the topic nor trial and error in pwcg to remedy my problem ?

 

Is it only possible to change the squadron leader when you are kapitan like in the stock career in bos?

My problem is that all my seniors are hospitalized or dead so we are a squadron of eight leytenants, Im one of them and two more serhzants, no matter how i arrange

the roster, im the one leading, I can only assume that is either because Im low rank and not allowed to change, or because that Im the one with more experience so I

always get picked as the leader?

 

Is it possible in some way to change this, because sometimes I dont want to navigate.

If you are the senior and the leader in victories or missions flown, then duty calls.
