Panzerlang Posted February 12, 2020 Posted February 12, 2020 (edited) The tank-shake from being hit by AP rounds seriously needs to go. An AP round isn't an HE round from a ship guys. You also need to prevent people from being able to spot stuff in cover by lowering their detail settings. Edited February 12, 2020 by J3Hetzer

I was hidden deep in the trees and the two human guys in T34s from over a klick away spotted me while they were speeding down a road towards me and began firing before I'd fired a shot, so that's what I figured. Commanders were buttoned up. They fixed that exploit in HLL by making it impossible to remove cover in the detail settings, it's only possible to reduce the level of detail in the trees and bushes themselves (makes them low-rez blocky looking and harder to see through). RIVALDO Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 The trees and bushes look different from your enemies perspective than they appear to you...Sometimes your tank blends in better, sometimes you stand out a bit.

Correct, tanks are often very dark and good to see, sometimes they are very good covered. It appers to happens when the sun is very low and the wheater is dusty.
69th_chuter Posted February 15, 2020 Posted February 15, 2020 Also, the grass around you isn't seen by the enemy beyond it's visible radius ---> around him <--- . That means when you're peering over a crest and looking through the tops of the weeds he's seeing all of you that's visible above the ground without any grass. Other than that the cover from foliage is surprisingly similar across all the settings.
