K-14 gun sight range and wingspan settings

Would it be possible to include the K-14 gun sight in the Plane Settings screen so that the target wingspan and range are set before the start of a mission? This would be particularly useful for quick mission scenarios. If I understand the sight correctly, it is mechanical more than anything else. If so, then the settings previously used should be what the gun sight is set at until next changed.
