24v vs 240 v butkicker amp ?????

Hi Pilot's 

Im lookings at buttkicker og bass transducer 

And ...... 

I can buy a amp to buttkicker 100 w to 200 $    240 v 

Or I can buy a cheaper amp  100 w to 20 $.         24 v 

 

Can you please tell me , why not buy the cheap one ???

I get what you're trying to communicate with this but sometimes it's good to post here, that way, we may get help before Normandy comes out ? 

 

 

As for the OP, i guess the more expensive one gives you more shaky-shaky and is probably more reliable? that is just aguess though.

all of my bass-shaker bass amps (100w) use external power supplies that feed ~20v /5amp to the bass shaker amplifier. It's enough to drive a single 100w bass shaker.

 

The expensive bass amps usually have multiple inputs/outputs, eq control, large frame for heat dissipation, and potentially can drive different Ohm speakers.

From the limited info I'd say one of the amps is DC current and the other is AC. There's no reason the 24v one won't work, you'll just need to get/buy a 24v DC power supply for it.

Thanx , I have now ordered it  - it will take about a month , course of the Corona virus - but I was asking the same in a Danish FB group , and they say - go for it 
Maybe not the best quality , but it's not so expensive ..... So I'll test
