I was digging around in a forum I found the other day and found a thread with a bunch of manuals for the P-40. Link

 

Some manuals of particular interest are these two (Links are direct download links):

https://ww2aircraft.net/forum/attachments/p40pilot-pdf.32717/ -- P-40E manual specifically. This one is interesting because the section of flight information data was updated in 1943.
