Hi, All...

Just wondering if there was any view on releasing 'Ten Days Of Autumn', 'Havok Over The Kuban' or 'Achtung Spitfire (when it's released)' on Steam...? I've read a bunch of stuff about buying from the website and transferring to Steam with a whole bunch of related issues...??

Also - seriously looking forward to the Hurricane release...! And BoN...!

Can't get enough of this stuff...!

Why exactly do you want to buy them from Steam.

Just purchase from the website...what's the problem?

I've read a few threads on the forums that state that there have been issues with additional content not showing up in Steam when purchased through the website - not sure what the process is to get that to work - there appeared to be no resolution... One of them is below (the last one I looked at) - I know it's an old thread now but wanted some confirmation about compatibility.

Obviously I want to support the developer - I currently work in game development, so know the score on that front.

There is no 'compatibility' issue. The software is the same. If people are finding items they've purchased on Steam not showing up in-game, they need to contact Steam and/or 1C-777 support.

Thanks for the responses...

As it's just a few quid for a couple of the additional campaigns at the moment - I thought just give it a go, what's the worst that can happen...!?

So then I get this:

3032: Sorry, the payment cannot be completed now. Please try again later or contact Xsolla customer support

LOL...!

At this point, I'm guessing fate is just telling me that it's the wrong time...!

They don't show up in your Steam library as DLCs, because the Steam library only shows content purchased on Steam. In my Steam library only the FW190 A3 shows up as DLC, everything I purchased later on the game's website only shows up in the game itself (and of course in my profile on the Sturmovik website).

Steam gets my ears to blow off steam: especially their privacy policy annoys me ?

For the past year I have played almost every scripted campaign available, free and paid campaigns for this game.
A friendly advice, start off with the free ones. You will notice a drastically better quality in some of the free content rather than in paid campaigns (there are exceptions of course).

All of the scripted campaigns are getting better as people learn to use the Mission Editor more effectively. It is easier to get help now and more people understand the limitations and th possibilities. There has also been significant improvement in other areas of the game that make it easier to build quality missions.

Im sure some people spend more time on it and make better missions than others, but it doesn’t have anything to do with whether you have to pay for it or not.
