New information regarding PTO in GB Series

Honestly, I'd rather see PTO in CloD. Especially after seeing this video:

I think this engine is more capable to reproduce massive battles with large number of aircraft and ships. And I like FM and especially DM better.

Dude, give it a rest already. It's alright for people to have differing viewpoints about how they want to play the game without resorting to childish name-calling.

With all my respect, why? He was quite accurate when calling pedants "pedants", but it was certainly a bit overdone to link this pedantry to "the puritan version of make believe", as the connection, though generally assumed, is much debated in literature. Peace brother :salute:

Actually I wonder how Wildcat and Zero would do. Would all go for the Zero? Or would we be able to replicate a historical outcome.
Would Wildcat pilots be cunning enough to outsmart Zero pilots. Will there be enough cooperation to pull that scenario off

I think people would absolutely buy a Zero. Whatever qualms each of us may have a certain aspect of with BOX, I think it's a given that the vast majority agree the quality of the planes is pretty freakin' good. There are planes in BOX that I really enjoy that I never flew in Il2-46, and it's simply because the planes are so well done and a pleasure to experience.

I think the majority of flyers here would be very happy to have a Zero, even as a collector plane with no map or campaign,  simply because it would be the best version of a Zero available anywhere and fun to have.

Edit: I guess that Coors Light I just had kicked in and I was too stupid to read your post properly. For some reason I thought you were saying people might not want a Zero. I should stick to hot chocolate.

No campaign? That would last about a minute because I'd make a Darwin campaign with Zeros and P-40's on the Kuban map.

I'd try the Wildcat against the Zero. With an altitude advantage and the right angle, you can win the fight. If you're at a disadvantage, dive away or seek friendly help. And worst case scenario you get shot down and try again - learning experience. I fly the P40 some in multiplayer Battle of Bodenplatte. You get beaten plenty of times, but if you can get an altitude advantage and the right angle, you can shoot down newer and better planes as well. You win some and you lose some, but if you're learning how to approach it and you're having fun, why not?

What if just for the heck of it   They made a wip zero or a ki 43 or something. We only need a skin or two for the rest.
Sell it as a expencive collector plane with no promise of more.
I wonder if it would sell. Compared to DCS it is not insane, in fact it fit much more
