=FEW=ayamoth89 Posted January 23, 2020 Posted January 23, 2020 (edited) Hello! I was flying on the Combat Box server and I faced a map with some serious crosswind conditions. I was recording and, because I managed to land my Tempest properly, I decided to edit a video about crosswind landing tecnique. I hope you'll find it useful and if you have any question, feel free to ask! Thank you for your attention! - Alex - Edited January 24, 2020 by =FEW=ayamoth89 5 1

Guest deleted@50488 Posted January 24, 2020 Posted January 24, 2020 (edited) The principle is always the same... Just some feet above ground, say, 20 ft, start to uncrab and upwing low, to start a forward slip. Different aircraft will aloow for different amounts of upwind wing down, while staying away from a wingtip strike or prop strike on twins / multi-engine. Some prefer the fwd slip approach starting from a higher height AGL. Edited January 24, 2020 by jcomm-il2
