HagarTheHorrible Posted January 22, 2020 Posted January 22, 2020 (edited) With the excitment generated by the introduction of "Simshaker" into BoX some of you might be tempted to purchase a "Realteus" seat cushion. BE AWARE The company behind the product appears to have a very bad reputation, at the moment, not fulfilling orders. I urge you to do your homework and look up comments about the service this company provides. It also appears that they include the software developed by another person, Andre (Simshaker - Wings/wheels), but this isn't liscensed and any product keys provided by Realteus will not be honoured by Andre, the owner of the program, as far as i know. Post from a disgruntled customer that appears to be representative; " White Hawk 250RPM Mar 1, 2019 #1 Well, after a month of no contact apart from a key for SimShaker Wheels that doesn’t work and they haven’t replied to my email about it I’m starting to get a feeling they’ve took my money and ran, that’s not a feeling you get with good customer service and quick replies to inquiries. No idea if I’ll get a SimShaker key that works, no idea when or if I’ll receive the ForceFeel. Thinking of a refund soon if they don’t pull their finger out, it’s not much to ask, a new working key and a timescale update on when it will be shipped as I’ve had no information on that at all. So, I’ve seen some people complaining online about no replies and waiting on the product, anyone here in the same boat and know how to get a refund as they don’t answer emails? Feel like I might need to get trading standards or someone involved." Of course this may change in the future, but for now be very wary of doing business with this company. SvAF/F16_WhiteMoose Posted November 25, 2022 Posted November 25, 2022 What if I got a unit is it good? What soft wear do I use whit it?
paul_leonard Posted December 6, 2022 Posted December 6, 2022 SimShaker Wings $33 but you have to also add the $12 Realteus support option as well. Works great for iL-2. I am happy with Realteus having got one, and did not experience delivery issues from when Realteus was operating, as many have. You can still also download the free Realteus control centre software which will also support audio inputs for other non-supported games (Cliffs of Dover Blitz for example). You do not need this for working with SimShaker but it helps with making sure everything is working. SimShaker has several versions for driving and flying games.
SvAF/F16_WhiteMoose Posted January 19, 2023 Posted January 19, 2023 I was playing the other day when suddenly one of the vibrators start going of on max and since then it’s stuck. When I plug it in I starts vibrating and I can’t stop it. Heeelp!
