352nd_Wheels Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 Funny flight attendant but that is not a flight I would have wanted to take. It's defintely a full sardine can... Wheels
Sternjaeger Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 Who on earth would give this girl a thumbs down? Professionals, probably.
Skoshi_Tiger Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 (edited) If I ever get to America and fly SWA, I want her as my flight attendant! Ye Hah! Edited May 2, 2014 by Skoshi_Tiger
johncage Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 (edited) Professionals, probably. i didn't know the definition of a professional was "moron with no sense of humor" Edited May 6, 2014 by johncage
Sternjaeger Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 (edited) i didn't know the definition of a professional was "moron with no sense of humor" yeah, well the FAA and EAA must be morons with no sense of humour then, but I'd rather pay attention to what they say than applaude the "artistic vocation" of some flight attendants. The fact they have a hectic job doesn't mean they have to do a comedy show of the security briefing "to lighten things up", and I have met a lot of airline pilots that think the same thing: you're rely on your cabin crew to do a professional job and ensure they have the attention of passengers when explaining the safety procedures to adopt in case of emergency. If you want to do a musical, pursue that career, don't go serve drinks on an aircraft. Edited May 6, 2014 by Sternjaeger
SYN_Mike77 Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 More people listened to her than to any of the last several such 'professional' approaches I have heard. In that sense it did the job better than most.

I have to agree with you even though I understand Sternjaeger's comment, as it's paramount that people know what to do in case of an emergency so someone who does the job straight to the point would be wanted for this, BUT IMHO whatever get's most of the people to listen to the instructions is a plus!!! The flight crew's fun should not come before safety. That's why this crap doesn't happen with professionals. Edited May 6, 2014 by Sternjaeger
