BOS Editor Reset Editor Settings not working

I opened up the Mission Editor and the Property Dialogue box opens too high on my screen to work on.  I attempted to run the "Reset Editor Settings" command file but with no results.   I have a new Alienware Aurora R9 with an Nvidia GTX 1650 graphics card.   Windows 10 of course.   Is there any way to fix this.  Otherwise I am very impressed with the game.  However, without the mission editor, it is very limited.

Hi,

The property dialog seems to be related to the main editor window you  can try to maximize the main window close it and open it again, then the property dialog sholud be in a usable position.

If the main editor window is not maximized:

It looks like it needs a minimum hight to get the property dialog in a usable position, if it's to small in hight the property dialog will move up out of the screen.

(always close and open again after changing the hight of the editor window)

or

Click on any visible "inactive" gray area (not on a text-box or button) of the property dialog to "activate" it.

Then press ALT+Space to open (a maybe also invisible) pull down-menue (including: move and close, move should be selected on default)
press Enter and use the arrow keys to move the property window to a better position.

Corvus, thank you!!!☺️  I used Alt-Space, hit M and used the arrow keys, NOT the MOUSE.  It worked.   I have the editor saved with new location.  Even if it happens again.  I know what to do....for now?
