I have OC my pc , but I'm not a teenage gamer and newbie to hardcore OC 

So can one plz tell what I'm maybe doing wrong

MB is ROG MAXIMUS XL code - i5 9600k - 2080 super - ram 3600 case 15

The 'avg' should be 10-15 FPS higher compared to other in remagen test
