Apparently you now have to have an account, be logged in and connected to Tigre88 to see the content.
For me, everything works as before and Pack 231 is online.

You can't see PACK200's blog because you are not friends.

Since Tigre88 only makes his mission pack available there, there is no other option.

I'm signed in skyrock but I can't download anything either. Mediafire says that something is wrong.

Since I'm a facebook hater ? that's now the end of the line for me with this stuff. Regrettable.........

So this whole pack is just lost in the ether now? Thats really unfortunate, I've been checking back here every so often hoping it would get hosted somewhere else. I'm sure they have their reasons but its a shame to see so much content moved to another site a bunch of folks cant access only to have die. I'd really love to play some of these missions.

I appreciate the effort but I don't use Facebook that youtube channel is dead.  A new one (https://www.youtube.com/@Tiger01/videos) is linked on the FB page and there are multiple comments from people asking where to download the pack with no response. 

 

Edit: this was in his most recent FB post:

"it's obviously useless to offer you these new updates, this game looks abandoned, no sign of life....."

 

It seems like this guy is cynically refusing to share the pack because he's personally deemed  IL-2 to be dead. Lovely.
