Here is a small example of the use of the MCU Trigger Camera Point with Cameras.

The camera will overfly a village and an airfield on the Lapino Map.

At the end of the camera sequence the Spectator becomes the Player and finds himself in his airplane cockpit ready to go.

The travelling speed of the flying camera changes along the way. You can open the files in the ME and copy, modify test other possibilities.

The Camera is in a "External Fixed" mode. You can change it to "External Free", and this means that as your camera flies along the predetermined trajectory, you are free to orient it in any direction. This is nice to make films. There are other parameters but I was not able to make them work properly.

Unfortunately there is a glitch in the camera interpolation logic that creates image jumps when switching from one Camera Point to another. Maybe using 100 points in a curve you may smooth it but I consider this not a proper implementation. One can see that there is interpolation but the fusing of the last image of a camera point with the first of the second is bumpy at best.

Have fun Enjoy

Only just saw your post ...Interesting, thanks, and a pity it's jumpy indeed.

ADDED nov 2022; what it the FOV parameter doing with the camera points?
