There is an online service that has all the maps  HERE.    Bottom right corner is a button that brings up a menu where you can select the map you want.

So, the link seems dead. Can the Arras map be found anywhere else now?

Try here, you will likely have to use "ALT-Print screen" to get a printout but you can zoom in to whatever area you want.. For mission planning assign waypoints (set speed and Alt), print it and its a great help. Along with direction it gives you expected time for each leg..
