Can't see smoke at a distance enough - Distant trees are not visible and some more...

Firstly, sorry for my English. I am not trying to be rude.  I don't know this language perfectly. I will try to explain what I mean with the words and grammar structure I know. I love this game and want it to be better.

With the update 3.201

(Visual improvements

23. Aircraft and ships are visible much farther than before - theoretically, they can be spotted as far as 100 km away if there are fire, contrails or a ship wake)

I stopped playing this because of not seeing any object at a distance enough for 1.5 year ago. That was not a realistic experience. And with the update 3.201(it took 4 years to do this) I have started to play it again.

I am playing Stalingrad career mode, and smoke is popping in and out of view and it can't be seen at a distance enough. 3.201 update says "100 km away if there is fire." Yes, there is a fire at some building in the distance but I can't see it. I think I don't need to see a plane from a 100 km away. It is  theoretically but what I want is to see what I should see realistically. I know we can't see anything from 100 km but we can see is there is a smoke or if there is a fire 10 km away.  I think all players need to see what they can see realistically.

Some ground objects like anti-air defences or ships don't appear when I try to look them if they are behind me. When I zoom, I can see them. I mean when the ground object is not in front of me and when I turn back to see the ground object I can't see them even if they are not far away theoretically. I need to zoom that object. And they are appearing suddenly. This is the same with anti-air defense even if they are very near me. This way you can't recognize an anti-air defence while looking around. Distant trees are not visible. They are popping up as I approach them. Especially I want to see distance  smoke. It is the biggest visual problem for me. This game is ultra-realistic. But when I can't see the smoke at a distance enough, ıt will be harder to recognize where you are. Distant buildings are recognizable, and it is a good feature for realistic view, but they are very recognizable because of there is nothing rendered in addition to distant building. They are recognizable more than enough. I think this game needs more realistic visual quality.

And now I ask some questions:

1- What prevents us to see a more realistic visual experience?

2- What prevents the devs from doing this?

A player drew attention to the same thing.

Here is a better explanation of what I mean:

New Update...Same Old Problems
Smoke still popping in and out of view on Stalingrad map.
Forest trees disappearing from magic view range leaving different coloured 'forest' palette sticking out like dog balls.

These should be fixed by now. I don't want to see a building 30k away when large smoke plumes and disappearing and reappearing right in front of me...while trees vanish to flat nothingness and having the view circle line eating away the rest of the forests trees...

I love the game but these eye sores are never being worked on it seems and it is downright immersion breaking in a game that is trying it hardest to be immersive..

Please guys can we sort these out for once???

32Gb ram and a 11Gb 1080ti should be enough to handle a better LOD and smoke that doesn't pop in and out.

Thank you mate. I will use it in single mode. But I want this feature to be in the multiplayer mode. Lots of players play in multiplayer mode and this is a very easy thing to do. If  a Mod-makers can do this, what are the devs waiting for this to be a default feature? Mods are not playable in Multiplayer mode. I really don't understand the Devs of this game. It took 4 years to fix the distance draw. Now we will wait for distant smoke etc for another 4 years. I don't really understand how can players solve this kinds of problems instead of Devs?
