You have to look within the skinning community and find the ones you like. DetCord and E69_Julian provided skins for our unit which you should be able to download at our Panzer Rgt site. We like for anyone participating in any of our campaigns to have the skins downloaded. Many thanks to them both for helping our unit out. It's important for us to have numbered tanks when coordinating movement. https://www.simulatedcombatgroup.com/panzersgd Go to your directory and data/graphics/skins/.....and find the correct folder to place the skins....
