Change 'Allow Spectators' to 'Allow External Views'

In difficulty settings, the option 'Allow Spectators' is misleading - it sounds more like a setting for multiplayer. It initially confused me as to what it actually did.

 

Suggest it should be renamed to: 'Allow External Views'

 

Confusion about it too in this recent thread.

I am surprise no one has commented in agreement with this. I can remember being thoroughly confused when i first starting playing. I had turned it off because I didn't want anyone watching my bad flying. When I noticed people had these outside of the plane images I try to do it as well and I could not get it to work. I had to ask and only then did I realize "allow spectator" is allow external view". I don't know if this is some sort of bad Russian translation or what. I am guessing people got so use to the incongruent term that it still remains.
