Lost maps and planes

Wife got me Battle of Stalingrad and BOBP Premium for Christmas , since I already had them , she asked for a refund, and she got it.

 

But now I dont have Stalingrad, Lapino, Rihneland maps, or any of the BOBP planes any of my collector planes, only 109s I have are the E7 and F2.

Wrote support , hope they help soon or else no TAW this long weekend.

 

I re downloaded the game and same.

 

Is there anything I can do on my part to fix this?
