Yes, you can pull 33% more G's and it's strictly for emergency situations only.

not sure if its covered here, but even if the effect is right, planes like the FW-190 where the pilots legs are much more straight should have less effect than where the legs are more like a chair - is this pilot position modeled?

 

Also, it does seem a bit much. I've done 6g in a stunt plane (Pitts S2) and I rather enjoyed it - granted it wasn't for long sustained turn, but a handful of seconds is no problem at all. It did make my face feel like it was going to droop off though lol.

Also StukaPills Would be realistic tho. 

I know mine work IRL many pain killers help with flying,
(would defo help with G Limits) 
Got a big choice here im sure even some would allow me to fly with 
a Green Sky and Blue Grass/Bushes without Altering Game Graphics.

On a serious note thoe my other comment was not a suggestion as they are pointless in here.
