Rudder Trim and stabilizer Trim

I have the rudder trim and stabilizer trim mapped out on control keys for Axis aircraft .  How do you accomplish this for allied aircraft.  It clearly states Axis rudder  trim etc  . But, nothing for allied controls.

I think the axis means:

You can use the same axes (analog control on joystick, throttle...) or DX buttons or keys for all similar control, regardless the aircraft or "faction". 

E.g. I set "Stabilizer Trim" and "Elevator Trim Axis", in this two keys: W and S (user preference).
