Mod for more than 16 planes in quick missions?

I read somewhere that the reason the quick missions is limited to 8v8 planes is because the AI calculations are too intensive. Yet this was 2 or 3 years ago, I currently have one of the highest end cpu's of this time, and I'm sure I can handle more than 15 ai planes. Is there a mod that disables or extends this limit?

I still can't seem to add more than 8 v 8 planes??
