Just tried the G2, in a few 2v4s I tore through some migs (my wingman doesn't seem to do much and never gets kills). I was expecting something sluggish and clunky, but this thing handles beautifully!
Any tips on how fly to get the absolute most out of my rear gunner? Pulling up with someone on my six seems like it should give him a nice angle, but he doesn't really fire when I'd expect.

The gunner has very narrow cone of fire. You should increase the distance i.o. to decrease the necessary angle. The fastest way to achieve separation is to dive, the 110 accelerates in a dive like it's made from lead.

On the other hand, with flaps down, the 110 can out turn most Russian fighters so often it's easier to kill them yourself than set up a shot for the gunner...

Move to the gunner position and get an idea of his field of fire

For the e I set it to long range but the mg81 on the g is so inaccurate it’s best to leave it (at medium) where it can actually get the occasional kill.  It’s best just to let him do his thing and keep maneuvering. I’d only man the gunner if my pilot was quite wounded.
