ACG_Suardi Posted December 20, 2019 Posted December 20, 2019 Hi there guys... Among all the incredible caracteristics of this amazing jet fighter, one more then any other, makes me wonder a lot.... Anybody here knows how its speed indicator works??? I know that it shows IAS up to 400 km/h and then begin to give TAS... but how it does that withou an air data computer???
Stoopy Posted December 20, 2019 Posted December 20, 2019 I heard it was done using a simplified version of early Thermos-based technology, which after the scientific development documents were recovered by the Allies at the end of the war, was later refined in the U.S. to allow that trademarked insulated container to keep hot things hot, and cold things cold. 1
