Please add the career model of female fighter pilots in the Soviet Union

In the middle east line of World War II, Soviet female fighter pilots have a record of participating in the war. As a simulation flight game, IL-2 respects history very much. I think we should add the career option of Soviet female pilots. This is a tribute to them.

I would like this.  Particularly those mixed-regiments where you could hear the voices  of both men and women, fighting in defense of their Motherland.

Yes, it would be neat to have the mixed fighter squadrons (even if they weren't that widespread), the transport squadrons, and the night-witches more clearly marked (with some voice acting).

 

In the distant future it would also be neat if the 3d models had a small chance of being swapped out (which would be a feature which would allow escaping the 'plane of clones' problem as well).
