the client installs again

the game starts up completely fine however when i try to login it says,

Quote

1.  no connection from authorisation server

2. your connection to master server was temporarily lost check your internet connection

and when i try offline it says 

Quote

#1005:please update your game: new version available

but my internet is okay so i try to launch it from the updater, and it acts as if it isn't installed, telling me installing game client so what is happening?
