Cockpit picture help

I'm aware that we can put in custom pics in cockpits now.

I don't have photoshop to convert them to proper file.

Can somebody help me out by converting this to black and white photo that I can use in game?

Here is a link for you, with the photo converted to the correct format to use as a cockpit picture.

Just pop it in the textures folder of the aircraft you want:-

IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\data\graphics\Planes\(whatever aircraft you choose)\Textures
