Depends on what you mean or what you have done to offset it in the 1st place.

 

If you just want to move it manually, then the solution is like @Gustaf said.

If you have changed the standard view by pushing the F10 key at some point accidentally, it will have changed the default view and set it as a custom view. To get back to the default view have a look in your game folder under this path ;

/data/luascripts/snapviews/defaults

...and you will find a default view file that you can replace the other with.

 

You can also delete any of the custom views in;

/data/luascripts/snapviews

...and they will be rebuilt with default ones at the next game restart....I think
