The change from game port to usb.

Hi

I have found some used hardware the throtlle and pedals from CH Products but they have gameport connections and my computer only has usb ports, if I use a adapter will it then work with Windows 7 Ultimate and the IL-2 games ?

Well, there's been some discussion on that in the 1C-Forum (search for "gameport usb").

The (soldering) solution I would recommend would be to replace the internal boards with an USB Controller board form Leo Bodnar (BU0836X or  BU0836A)

Thanks for your help, interested reading but I just got a nice deal on a 3 month old Fighter Stick CH Products with Usb for 80,- Euro.....with 9 month warrenty..:-)

If my Fighterstick is anything to go by you should long outlive the warranty, I bought mine second hand nearly ten years ago and it is still glitch free.
