Moderators CLOD AWC Posted November 29, 2019 Moderators CLOD Posted November 29, 2019 I remember from the announcements there were British soldiers that had been modelled as part of Battle of Bodenplatte. I have scoured the mission editor but I cannot figure out how to access the British ground assets. Anyone know anything about this?
unreasonable Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 AFAIK there are none. The only British ground units so far are WW1 units for FC. Also for some reason there is no Allied LAA unit for airfield defense. I do not recall if they were originally in the BoBP announcement: for some reason that has vaporized from the forum. I have no doubt that they will appear eventually, either as part of the Normandy expansion, or before, given that 3 of the 5 initial beaches were British/Canadian. We certainly need a British Bofors 40mm LAA gun: cannot really model a Bodenplatte mission without it. 1

Diggun Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 Best way to access British ground forces? Carry an umbrella into combat and claim that its because you can never remember passwords. Works every time. 2
