BoBP - bought and paid; not in game. Customer support non-responsive

Hi, what do you mean By not in game?

 

Do you own any of the other titles? Are you able to open the game?  

 

If you own just BOBP,  then if you are able to open the game up then that shows that you have it.

 

if you own other titles in the series, when you look at quick mission, can you not choose any of the planes from BOBP?

Hi Scram,

 

Yes, I have all the titles shown in my Tag; BOS, BOM, BOK, FC Vol I.  It's been 48 hours since I made the purchase from IL2 official site verified by xsolla.  Activation key shows "Activated", but cannot access any BoBP content either in QMB or anywhere in-game.  I am updated to 4.002 so I am at a loss.  I figured with the ongoing sale, things may be a bit slower than usual, but after sending three Customer Support tickets I am wondering if anyone else is encountering this issue.

Did you buy it on Wesite but run the game on Steam?

Ah ok, thanks for clarifying. So I’m guessing all the new planes aren’t able to be picked in quick mission then?

 

Sorry mate, was hoping for a quick, easy solution for you but looks like you’ll need customer support then

By the looks of it you haven´t bought it, because if you would have done so, your game associated bar would show up under your profile. You need to contact support to sort it out for you. Nobody on this forum can help you with that matter except support.

Understood - support finally responded and said it is in my account, but I still cannot access it.  Was just reaching out to the community to see if there was anyone else with this issue.

Usually when people have an issue like this, its either that they purchased content through Steam  and haven't merged accounts OR they accidentally purchased with a different account. if its showing up on your store account, and all your stuff is through the store, the 'usual suspects' aren't really here. 

This really is a support-only problem unfortunately. The only thing I can think to do is re-install the game and see if that helps, but I don't think you should go that far just yet, since it may not solve your issue and its a pain in the butt.

I would give them a bit more time. I know it sucks to wait but I don't think there's much more you can do.
