SCG_Redcloud111 Posted November 25, 2019 Posted November 25, 2019 Hello, all. I submitted a support ticket last week, and have followed up twice. But I have received no email receipt of the ticket, and I can't find any function where I can see that a ticket has been logged in the system? Am I missing something? If so, can someone direct me where to go to see the ticket? I am wondering why they haven't even contacted me to acknowledge receipt of my issue. Thanks.
