Train Headlights always on Day and Night

Its says it all. The trains have their lights always on. This was not so before the update.

And we cannot switch them on or off as what I now.

I have to be more precise. The light beam from the headlights is very visible on the ground in full daylight. This is strange. At night is fine.

But in war zone maybe you would like to switch it off not to be detectable from far away or from the air.
