pjmack11377 Posted November 20, 2019 Posted November 20, 2019 Is there a page that recommends settings for the game with my computer specs? Gforce GTX 1070 ti with windows 10 and a cpu i7 intel? Thank you. Patrick
RedKestrel Posted November 20, 2019 Posted November 20, 2019 That’s a pretty good setup. Start with everything on ultra, set your FPS limit to the refresh rate of your monitor, set your sync to on, amd then set up a QMB with heavy cloud and a bunch of AI and see how it runs. Then start tweaking your clouds, mirrors, and other intensive settings downwards and repeat the test until it’s as smooth as you want it. The game runs so differently for everybody that the only way to make sure it runs well is to test it out yourself.
Mitthrawnuruodo Posted November 20, 2019 Posted November 20, 2019 It would help to know more about your hardware, including -Display resolution -Specific CPU model ("i7" is nearly meaningless since it covers a decade of CPUs; some are decidedly terrible by now). Assuming that the resolution is under 4K and that the rest of your computer isn't awful, the 1070 Ti should provide great performance at the highest settings. Are you currently experiencing problems?
pjmack11377 Posted November 20, 2019 Author Posted November 20, 2019 no just some flickering in the distance now and then. Thanks.
Babayega Posted December 23, 2019 Posted December 23, 2019 to OP- I have a core i7 7700K and a GTX 1080ti. I run everything on high and set my vsync to 60. I run in 1080 rez...never ever drop below 60. I ran the Remagen benchmark track and unlocked my FPS. Min I got was 87 Max was around 257 So if you are running 1920x1080 and set sync to 60, you should be fine assuming your hardware is similar.
