I can't speak to the Ryzen but I have the same graphics card. I can run it comfortably at 1080p with plenty of AA added through the nVidia drivers. Depending on what I'm doing I can run Ultra in BoX. Sometimes I'll drop down to High (I really can't see much difference between the two) if I'm flying a campaign mission. I've been very pleased with the MSI card. It runs quietly and doesn't overheat. Shop carefully as there may be faster cards out there now for not very much more money.
