Pilot not loading in

I've recently experienced the T posing pilots standing in the cockpit, but now I'm not getting a pilot at all. It's not just a cosmetic thing, it completely removes the cockpit (pic 2). This is a career mission and happens whether I restart the mission or game, remove all mods from the aircraft. Only happening with the Mk IX so far
