Hi has anymone got a map that has north pointed out on it got very lost over the channel yesterday in a 110 ?

Look at the plane compass?*

 

For convention representation of Earth in 2D map has North in their upper part.

 

* BTW - In CloD Magnetic North is ~10º left of Geographic North - as it was IRL in 1940, in the Channel area.

 

Anyway - Wind Rose in right upper corner:
