P51D 4K template skins issue

hello

I did some P51 D skins using the Default template 4 K . I am getting  the message skin too large all the time i load a skin but it does load in viewer and game .  today it stopped loading and the aircraft in the hangar looks blurry and you cannot exit the game . Is anyone having this issue and should i reduce to 2 K skin ? 4k is on in the set up panel . 

In the meantime i converted to 2 K and now they load and no messages . So why was i having issues with 4 K ?

Do you have "Enable 4K textures" ticked in the launcher settings tab?

If it's blurry in the Viewer, did you save the skin with MipMaps? That can be a cause.

4k is ticked ,viewer is fine .problem in game .i converted to 2k now no problem.
