Try the new  NVIDIA  image sharpening in the control panel looks great.

Edit, lol - I forgot what forum I was in and actually applied it to IL2 GBS - it works great there and I haven't noticed any adverse effects at this point either.

Also works beautifully for Wings Over Flanders Fields as well! Gosh, a really nice feature Nvidia added - will probably be pretty decent for a number of sims and games.
