GunFighter MGCPRO - usage in Great Battles

Hello,

 

What do you map (keys /axes) on "gate cont" and "master mode" ? What could be there usage in IL2 GB (other than POV) ?

I've mapped Zoom In and Out to Gate Conts up/down. Pressing Gate Cont drops bombs.

 

In Master Mode I've elevator and rudder trim.

 

I only use them as buttons and I've disabled multifunctionality from them.

It's been awhile since I did it and don't remember the procedure well enough to describe it ?. 

 

But you need program VKBDefCFG from VKB site

I always map trim to my Master Mode Hat on my MCG Pro.

I also have it set  for a long press ( 3 seconds) turns it into a relative axis, and have that assigned to my gunsight adjustments.

Another long press turns it back into trim hat.

Same as dburne (per your advice). I love this setup.

 

The trims I use there are elevator and aileron. Rudder trim is setup on my keyboard since it's used much less.

Rem.: I had some troubles to assign relative axis in IL2, this seems ok now.
