Empty .list file when using resaver

The .list file is empty when resaver is used.  This causes coop missions not to work properly as other players cannot join the mission.

I second this. If there's something resaver.exe doesn't like in the mission or where it's located, it should say so in an error message.

You need to run the mission resaver from its resident bin directory.  Not doing this causes the list file to usually be 0 bytes.  Apparently, this is due to a hard coded "../.." in the program.
