DrDeath_MD Posted November 10, 2019 Posted November 10, 2019 I have a pair of G29 pedals using a bodnar cable (so they do not have to be plugged into the wheel). I've tried to set them as rudder pedals in Il-2 Battle of X but it seems like the game only recogizes one axis so I can only bind either my clutch as a left rudder or my gas a right rudder. Is there a way to get Il-2 to recognize each as a separate axis?
Sokol1 Posted November 12, 2019 Posted November 12, 2019 (edited) You need combine two axes of G29 in one virtual, can use Joystick Gremlin for this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RO4oioUuUWA Edited November 12, 2019 by Sokol1 1
SharpeXB Posted November 25, 2019 Posted November 25, 2019 The trouble is that aircraft pedals are a single axis ie they are working together whereas auto pedals are two separate controls working independently. If I recall the CH Pedals like I have come with these blocks to keep the rudder axis from moving and you could assign the toe brake axis to throttle and brake. So you can use flight pedals for racing easier than using racing pedals for flight. But flight pedals have no clutch.
